As a member, you support us as we support voluntary
accreditation of family child care business, child care centers,
preschools, Head Start programs, and other early learning programs.
Accreditation helps improve these programs and recognizes high-quality
programs so parents can make informed choices. We believe that
early childhood educators are valuable professionals who deserve
respect. Join us to promote high professional standards, comprehensive
training opportunities, appropriate compensation and good working
conditions, to keep and grow qualified teaches and providers

AEYC-MO and NAEYC both work hard increase policymakers'
understanding and support for high-quality early childhood education.
One of AEYC-MO’s greatest strengths is legislative
education and grassroots advocacy. We also support public
awareness activities, including annual Week
of the Young Child celebrations in communities throughout
the state.
